South Grange Care Home

Our nursing home was built on the site of a previous farm building and has retained the charm of the "Mill", which is now our main lounge. South Grange exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

South Grange offers 24-hour nursing and palliative care to elderly frail residents.

Our team provides a high standard of care and we focus on the individual needs of residents by creating a tailor-made care plan which is regularly updated. We provide a varied activities programme including regular concerts, carpet bowls league, outings and much, much more.
